Support us

Everything we make is free. Keeping it that way is not.

Kapa the frog, holding a heart

Taiwan Frogcast is run by a non-profit. Everything we publish is free — free to watch, free to read, and free for you to use in your own work. That only stays true if people fund it.

Give once, or every month

We use Zeffy, which passes 100% of your donation to us — it charges non-profits no platform fee.

Cards accepted. You can stop any time.

What your support pays for

Three things, and they are all made by people.

Research

The slow part — reading the sources, checking the dates, throwing out the claims that don’t hold up. It is also the part that makes our work citable.

Illustration

Every frog on this site was drawn by hand. Nothing here is stock, and nothing here is generated from nothing.

Translation

Subtitles and second-language versions, so the work reaches the people who need it in a language they actually read.

Other ways to help, all free

Money is the slowest of these. The others work immediately.

Share what you find useful

A link passed to one person who didn’t know about Taiwan is worth more to us than an algorithm.

Use our work

Put it in your presentation, your essay, your briefing. That is what it is for.

Tell us when we’re wrong

Corrections make the whole project more trustworthy. info@twfrogcast.org

The newsletter or the YouTube channel. Both free.

Where the money goes

Donations go to Frogcast Society, a registered non-profit society in British Columbia, Canada (Incorporation No. S0083855). Questions about giving: info@twfrogcast.org
